Mayfaire announces grand openings of altar’d state kids and rowan
Wilmington, NC – July 15, 2025 – Mayfaire Town Center is thrilled to announce the openings of Altar’d State Kids and Rowan, two exciting new-to-market additions, further enhancing the lifestyle and shopping experience at Wilmington’s premier outdoor shopping destination. Altar’d State Kids, the first standalone children’s concept from the beloved Altar’d State brand, officially opened its doors on July 3, at 6818 Main Street. Catering children ages 0 to 12 and mothers, the new store offers a curated selection of charming, high-quality apparel and accessories designed with whimsy, comfort, and heart. Rowan, the trusted ear-piercing studio known for its commitment to safety, hygiene, and empowerment, will open on Friday, July 18, at 10:00 AM at 6866 Main Street. Unique in the industry, all piercings at Rowan are performed exclusively by licensed nurses. To celebrate their grand opening, the first 50 customers will receive a custom Rowan tote bag with purchase. In keeping with their mission to give back, a percentage of opening day sales will benefit NextGen Face, Rowan’s nonprofit partner supporting children with craniofacial differences.
